Day 1
Arrival and Game Drive Morning,
Arrival at Entebbe Airport
Meet and greet with our tour guide.
The journey will take 6-7 hours with stopovers at areas of tourist attraction such as the Royal Drum makers’ village and the Equator for an opportunity to stand in two hemispheres at the same time. You will continue through the savannah grasslands with lots of banana plantations and several herds of local long horned Ankole cattle.
You will get to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Transfer to your accommodation within or near the park.
Afternoon,
Enjoy lunch at the lodge or a nearby restaurant.
Relax and take in the surroundings.
Afternoon game drive in the Kasenyi plains, known for their abundant wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and lions.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2
Boat Cruise and Chimpanzee Trekking Early Morning,
Breakfast at the lodge.
Depart for the morning chimpanzee trekking experience in the Kyambura Gorge, where you'll track a habituated community of chimpanzees.
Midday,
Return to the lodge for lunch.
Afternoon,
Boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, offering excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing, including hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species.
Optional visit to the local fishing village for a cultural experience.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3
Game Drive and Departure Early Morning,
Breakfast at the lodge.
Morning game drive in the Ishasha sector, famous to sight its tree-climbing lions and diverse wildlife.
Midday,
Return to the lodge for lunch and check-out.
Afternoon,
Transfer back to Entebbe or your designated drop-off point.
En route, stop at the Equator for a photo opportunity and to purchase souvenirs.
Drop-off at the airport or your accommodation in Entebbe.
